We appreciate your interest in our online presence and in our company. The protection of your personal data when processing on the occasion of your visit to our website is very important to us. Processing of data

The subject of data protection is personal data. According to Art. 4 (1) of the GDPR, this is all information related to an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes e. g. information such as name, postal address, e-mail address or telephone number, but also usage data such as your IP address.

Every access to our website and every retrieval of a file stored on the website is logged in server log files. This is done by the provider or his web space provider. The storage serves internal system-related and statistical purposes. Access data includes:

  • name of the retrieved web page,
  • file, date and time of retrieval,
  • amount of data transferred,
  • message about successful call,
  • browser type and version,
  • the user’s operating system,
  • referrer URL (the previously visited page),
  • IP address and the requesting provider.

Any additional data, in particular personal data, will only be processed if you voluntarily provide this information, e. g. as part of a request via our contact form or by e-mail. Without your consent, your data will not be disclosed to third parties.

Right to information, rectification and deletion

Upon request, you will receive free information about your personal data stored by us, their origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing. You have the right of rectification, restriction of processing or deletion of such data. Data deletion may be prevented by statutory retention periods.

Consent and right of withdrawal

If you have given consent to the use of data, you can revoke it at any time. For this, a simple message to us, by e-mail or in writing, is sufficient.

Right to object of processing

You have the right to object to permissible processing of your data at any time due to a special personal situation. In order to appeal, a simple message to us – by e-mail or in writing – is sufficient, in which you justify your opposition.

Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the General Data Protection Regulation.

Use of 1&1 WebAnalytics

This website uses 1&1 WebAnalytics, a web analysis service of the 1&1 Telecommunication SE.

Applications

For reasons of confidentiality and data protection, please send applications by e-mail to job[at]marilim.de. The file name has to include the term “ML-Bewerbung”. Applications by e-mail will be electronically stored and used by us only for the purpose of processing the application.

Job interviews are usually conducted in person. If we conduct such an interview online via video conference, the interview will not be recorded. We only use the software MS Teams.

After completion of the application process or in case of unsolicited applications, your data and the documents sent to us will be deleted after six months at the latest. Also in this case apply the already mentioned rights of information, correction, deletion, withdrawal as well as objection of processing and to lodge a complaint (see above).

Contact

We offer you the opportunity to contact us by e-mail and/or via a contact form. In this case, the information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your contact. This data is not passed on to third parties. A comparison of the data collected with data collected by other components of our site, is also not done.

Your contact data, which you transmit in this way or otherwise, will be processed by us in accordance.
